What Is the Georgia Promise Scholarship?
The Georgia Promise Scholarship is a state-funded program that provides up to $6,500 per student per school year to help cover the cost of educational services. This includes:
Tuition and fees for approved private or supplemental programs; Tutoring and educational therapy; Special education services (including speech, OT, and behavioral support); After-school and summer enrichment programs;
Curriculum materials and testing prep;Transportation related to eligible services.
The goal of the program is to increase access to quality educational opportunities—especially for students who need alternative pathways to succeed.

Who Is Eligible?
To qualify for the Georgia Promise Scholarship, your child must:
Be a Georgia resident
Be enrolled in a public school in the bottom 25% of performance statewide, or Be a student with an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) or documented disability
Students who are homeschooled or virtually enrolled may also be eligible if they meet the criteria.
